 WHY ARE SOME COMPANIES LESS EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS?

  We can't speak for anyone else but our pricing is in line with the market price of services of our caliber. We use a proprietary formula designed for our business to determine pricing based on factors such as frequency, scope of work, dirt level, square footage and other needs of the home. 


 ARE YOU INSURED? 

 Check. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home.  


 ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY? 

 Absolutely. Most of our clients have them. Please let us know about any important information regarding your pets, like Mr. Paws will bolt through the door, Steve likes belly rubs or that they will be kenneled during our visit. We will note that information on our work orders so the techs will know what to do in regard to them.  


WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

To receive the most benefit from your visit, please have rooms clear of toys, shoes, clothes and clutter. We want to  maximize our cleaning time. We understand that folks are busy and may not get to pick up items off of the floor or other surfaces, and we will do our best in those circumstances. 


DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE? 

Yes. We offer a 24 hour guarantee. If any areas in your home are not done to satisfaction, please call 832-509-1525 to schedule a time to redo those areas.


DO YOU HAVE CONTRACTS?

No, we do not require contracts. We only require a credit card authorization form and our non-solicit form to be signed. 


DO YOU REQUIRE A DEEP CLEAN BEFORE RECURRING SERVICE? 

On our first visit, an initial clean will be performed. This clean is done to get your up to our standard of clean so it can be maintained. Also note that this clean will typically take twice as long as the following visits. 


HOW DO YOU  TRAIN YOUR TEAM MEMBERS?

We  start with the hiring process. We find team members that align with our core values and interview in stages. Every team member that you see has been carefully vetted and background checked. We have a thorough training process that covers safety, cleaning tools, chemical do's and don'ts and cleaning processes.  Each team member becomes certified upon completing training. 



SAFETY

   The safety of our team members is a priority. We will wear shoes at all times and we can not lift furniture or area rugs at any time. We will not be able to change linens on the top bed of a bunk beds.  We will also not be able to clean blood, urine, feces or other bodily fluids.
